  Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to provide additional order details. You will be prompted to upload a JPG or PNG file of your logo.

• Test Stitch Approval:
  After your logo is set up, you will receive an email with a test stitch preview for approval before production begins.

• Production Time:
  Once you approve the test stitch, your custom order will ship within 2–3 weeks, as all items are made to order.

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of each order.
