How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order. Processing typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on order size. Shipping times vary by carrier and method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Yes! We specialize in custom embroidery, HTV, and hybrid printing. You can submit your logo, design, or idea via email after checkout, or contact us for a custom quote.
Can I place a bulk or business order?
Absolutely. We work with small businesses, schools, teams, and organizations. Please reach out to us by completing out quote or contact form with your requirements and we'll send you a custom quote.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll work with you to find a resolution. See our Refund Policy for more details.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend selecting signature confirmation at checkout for added security.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Not at this time. We currently offer shipping only, and do not provide local pickup or delivery options.
