Shipping policy– Enohe Designs, LLC

At Enohe Designs, LLC, we are committed to ensuring that your custom apparel and products are carefully packaged and shipped in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days depending on the order size (excluding weekends and holidays) following the receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Processing Time: All orders are custom-made and require 1-7 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Time: Delivery time varies based on the selected shipping method and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
We currently do not offer local delivery or pick up.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Enohe Designs, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Tracking & Delivery
All orders are shipped with a tracking number to confirm delivery. Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has shipped.
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled by our company.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at EnoheDesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes. All orders must be mailed to a physical address.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Enohe Designs, LLC is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
• Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
• Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
• We recommend selecting signature confirmation shipping for added security.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, customers can file a claim with the postal service.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer must:
• Pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
• If the customer refuses reshipment, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Damaged Packages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at EnoheDesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
**Damage caused by the shipping carrier (such as rough handling or transit issues) must be addressed directly with the carrier.**
If your order arrives damaged due to improper shipping techniques, we will replace the damaged items at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement, customers must:
• Report the damage within 2 business days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• Retain all original packaging for verification.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are only authorized under specific conditions outlined In out return policy.

Holiday Shipping Information: In order to receive your holiday orders before Christmas, orders must be placed by December 5th to avoid shipping delays.
