Refund policy
At Enohe Designs, LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality custom apparel and printing services. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are only authorized under specific conditions outlined below.
Returns are only accepted if the product has a flaw in the design or a manufacturing defect.
Customers must report any design flaws within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Claims made after this period will not be honored.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- New, unworn, and unwashed
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by a detailed description and photos of the flaw
Returns will NOT be accepted for the following reasons:
- Customer fails to properly care for the item (e.g., incorrect washing or drying methods).
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Incorrect orders due to customer input errors (e.g., incorrect size or design selection).

If your return is accepted, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges.
Free shipping will be provided for the redelivery of the replacement item.
Returns must be received within 5 business days after approval, and a valid tracking number must be provided to the company.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. This fee will be deducted from the total sales price of the refunded item and reflected in the refund amount.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
